How Harvard University Gets Its Fish

The dish is the result of a larger collaboration between Harvard University Dining Services and a Boston-based fish wholesaler called “Fresh Catch.” The program helps ensure that local fishermen can sell a full day’s catch, and began in 2015 as part of the University’s wider efforts to promote sustainability and support local businesses.
